SIMORQ Bridge / SYNTHGROUND
Downstream platform bridge. Surfaces simorq-rag / simorq-files state without crossing the Backbone↔Downstream boundary (NN-29, NN-30).

This route renders by design (empty-state contract, ADR-0039 D-3) instead of falling through to a 404. The backing module will be wired up in its scheduled phase.
When live, this module will:
- Read-only window into downstream Weaviate UserFileChunk_Prod stats.
- SYNTHGROUND eval bench for cross-boundary retrieval drills.
- Strictly read-only — never writes into downstream namespaces.
- Deferred per ADR-0047 until trigger conditions fire.
